રાહુલ દ્રવિડ - ધ રીયલ ક્રિકેટર ...

સચિન તેન્દુલકર .... ઇન્ટરનેશનલ ક્રિકેટમાં ૧૦૦ સદી , સૌથી વધારે વન ડે રમનાર, ટેસ્ટ ક્રિકેટ માં ૨૦૦ મી ટેસ્ટ થી ફક્ત ૨ જ ડગલા દૂર અને ક્રિકેટ નો ભગવાન ગણાય છે તેવો  બેટ્સમેન ,  ક્રીસ ગેયલ જેની બેટીગનાં લોકો કાયલ છે. સર વિવ રિચાર્ડ્સ પછી લીમીટેડ ઓવર નો જે બહેતરીન બલ્લેબાજ ગણાય છે , ઉપરાંત વિવ રિચાર્ડ્સ ની જેની બેટીંગ માં છાંટ વર્તાય છે તેવો વન ડે તથા ટી ટ્વેન્ટી નો કિંગ એવો સહવાગ અને ઓફકોર્સ આ બધા બેટ્સમેનોએ જે લોકપ્રિયતા રન દોડી દોડી ને પ્રાપ્ત કરી છે તેનાં કરતા પણ વધારે લોકપ્રિયતા જેને ફક્ત કેપ્ટનશીપ કરીને પ્રાપ્ત કરીછે તેવો કેપ્ટન કૂલ ... એમ.એસ.ધોની....

આઈ પી એલ -૬ માં આ બધા અને આમના જેવા ઘણા બધા પ્લેયર્સ ની વણજાર લાગેલી છે .. પરંતુ આમાં સૌથી અલગ પડતો અને સહુ નાં દિલ માં વસેલો અને તે મુજબ નું જ પરફોર્મન્સ કરતો પ્લેયર એટલે ટીમ ઇન્ડિયા ની વોલ ... રાહુલ દ્રવિડ .... 

આઈ પી એલ ની પ્રથમ બે સીઝન માં જે બેંગલોર તરફથી રમતો હતો ( ભૂલચૂક લેવી દેવી) અને ત્યાર બાદ જે રાજસ્થાન રોયલ્સ તરફ થી અડીખમ રીતે રમતો રહ્યો છે , અને ખાસ કરીને રીટાયર્મેન્ટ બાદ પણ તે જે રીતે પરફોર્મ કરી રહ્યો છે તે કાબીલે દાદ છે અને હજી પણ તેના માં ઘણું બધું ક્રિકેટ બાકી છે તે પુરવાર કરે છે .

ક્રિકેટ બાકી રહ્યું હોય ત્યારે જ રીટારમેંટ લેવી તે જ તમને લોકો નાં દિલ માં રાજ કરવાનો મોકો આપે છે. અને અત્યારે પણ તે લોકો નાં દિલ માં આદરપાત્ર સ્થાન ધરાવે છે કારણ કે રાહુલ દ્રવિડ ના રીટાયર થયા પછી એમ પૂછવામાં આવે છે કે રાહુલ પછી ટીમ નો આધારભૂત બેટ્સમેન કોણ હશે?? જેનો જવાબ હજી મુશ્કેલ છે જયારે તેના સમકાલીન બેટ્સમેન સચિન તેન્દુલકર ( જે હજી રમે છે) , સૌરવ ગાંગુલી તથા વી વી એસ લક્ષ્મણ ના જવાબ સ્વરૂપે બેટ્સમેન મળી ગયા છે પરંતુ રાહુલ દ્રવિડ નો કોઈ ઉપાય નથી મળ્યો. સચિન હજી રમે છે પણ તેના પછી કોણ તેનો જવાબ શોધવા જવો પડે તેમ નથી.

આ આઈ પી એલ ૬ માં રાહુલ દ્રવિડ રાજસ્થાન રોયલ્સ ની કપ્તાની કરે છે અને ખુબ જ એગ્રેસીવ રીતે કરે છે . બાકી નિવૃત્ત થયા પછી આટલા વર્ષે આટલી અગ્રેસિવ કેપ્ટનશીપ કરવી અને એટલા જ કમીટમેંટથી રમવું એ જ મહાન ખેલાડી ની નિશાની છે. આજરોજ રાજસ્થાન રોયલ્સે જે સામેની ટીમ સામે કોમ્પ્રીહેન્સીવ જીત મેળવી તેમાં રાહુલ દ્રવિડ નો ૫૮ રન નો ફાળો હતો. અને આ આખી સીઝન દરમિયાન રાહુલ દ્રવિડ ની કેપ્ટનશીપ એગ્રેસીવ હોવાની સાથે સાથે તેની બેટિંગ પણ એટલી જ ધૂંવાધાર રહી છે. અને તેના કારણે તે તેની ટીમ માં પ્રાણ ફૂંકે છે. અને અજીન્ક્ય રહાને જેવો બેટ્સમેન કે જે પહેલા મુંબઈ ઇન્ડીયંસ માં બહાર બેસી રહેતો હતો તે આજે દ્રવિડ સાથે ઓપનીંગ કરે છે. 

રાહુલ દ્રવિડ ની બેટિંગ ની ખાસ વાત એ કરવાની છે કે જયારે તે પુરબહાર કેરિયર સાથે રમતો હતો ત્યારે તેના પર ટેસ્ટ પ્લેયર નું લેબલ લગાવીને ઘણા લાંબા સમય સુધી વન ડે ટીમ માં થી બહાર બેસાડવામાં આવ્યો હતો. અને અત્રે નોંધનીય છે કે ટીમ ઇન્ડિયા ની બેસ્ટ ભાગીદારીઓમાં ૩ ભાગીદારી રાહુલ દ્રવિડે કરેલી છે. પરંતુ રાહુલ દ્રવિડ એવો પ્લેયર છે કે જે કોલા વોર નો ભોગ બનેલો છે. પબ્લીસીટી માં જરાય માનતો નથી. એટલે તો તેની કોઈ ફેન કલબ નથી કે કોઈ બ્લોગ નથી. ફક્ત ને ફક્ત ક્રિકેટ ક્રિકેટ ને ક્રિકેટ. બાકી જયારે તેણે કેરિયર ની શરૂઆત કરી ત્યારે કોકા કોલા કંપની નો બ્રાન્ડ એમ્બેસેડર હતો અને તે સમયે સચિન તેન્દુલકર પેપ્સી નું માર્કેટિંગ કરતો હતો. અને કોલા વોર નાં કારણે જ તેને ટીમ ઇન્ડિયા માં થી પડતો મુકવામાં આવ્યો હતો નહિ તો આજે પણ રાહુલ દ્રવિડ નો સ્ટાર પાવર સચિન કે ધોની કરતા જરાય કમ ન હોત. 

રાહુલ દ્રવિડ માટે એવું નથી કે તેને પોતાની બેટિંગ માં ઈમ્પૃવમેંટ કર્યું છે અને પછી વન ડે કે ટી ટ્વેન્ટી રમવા માટે તૈયાર થયો છે. તે તો જન્મજાત ક્રિકેટર છે. તે જયારે ટીમ ઇન્ડિયા માં હતો ત્યારે તે એકલો એવો ક્રિકેટર હતો કે જેની પાસે ટોપ ક્રિકેટિંગ બ્રેઈન છે તેમ બધા સીનીયરો માનતા હતા પરંતુ પોલીટીક્સ નો ભોગ બનવામાં કારણે કેપ્ટનશીપ સહીત નાં બધા અનુભવો લઈને તેને ફક્ત પોતાની બેટિંગ અને જરૂર પડે વિકેટકીપિંગ દ્વારા ટીમ ને પોતાનો ફાળો આપ્યો. 

અને રીટાયર થયા પછી આ રીધમ માં બેટિંગ કરવું અને ખાસ કરીને કેપ્ટનશીપ કરવી તે અશક્ય છે જે રાહુલ દ્રવિડે પોતાના કામીટમેંટ થી શક્ય બનાવ્યું છે. કારણ કે આ આઈ પી એલ માં જોઈ શક્ય છીએ કે તેની જેમ રીટાયર થયેલા ઇન્ટરનેશનલ પ્લેયર્સ પોન્ટિંગ, એડમ ગીલક્રીસ્ટ  કે બીજા કોઈ આટલી સારી બેટિંગ કે ફિલ્ડીંગ નથી કરી શકતા તો કેપ્ટનશીપ ની તો વાત જ જવા દો. રાહુલ દ્રવિડ ક્રિકેટ ટીમ માં હોય છે તો તેમાં તેનું સંપૂર્ણ યોગદાન હોય છે જેની સામે સચિન તેન્દુલકર જેવો ક્રિકેટર કે જે હજી પણ ઇન્ટરનેશનલ ક્રિકેટ રમે છે તો પણ તેનું ટીમ માં હાજરી સિવાય કોઈ યોગદાન હોતું નથી. 

આવા ક્રિકેટર નાં ફેન હોવું તે પણ મોટી વાત છે .. અને આવા ક્રિકેટર ને લાખો સલામ...  . ટીમ ઇન્ડિયા ને દ્રવિડ જેવા ક્રિકેટર્સ ની જરૂર છે... આપણે ઈશ્વર ને પ્રાર્થના કરીએ કે આપણને દ્રવિડ જેવો બેટ્સમેન જલ્દીથી મળી જાય ... 

THE LEADER MUST KNOW , HOW & WHEN TO STEPBACK...

This can be one of the best of the feature of a Natural leader. Because it is said that the good leader is the one who is aggressive. But that is not quite right. If you need do define it properly , than it must be said that . " A good & natural leader is the one who is cool  & aggressive. Because cool aggressiveness means to have both abilities. . When to step up & When to step back. Even in the army too.. . If the captain orders just to step up though there is a danger over there. .. the result will be..." You will loose your colleagues. " It may also possible that you loose such a active & able partners who can lead the army towards win. So at that time .when you smell danger. the leader must order his army men to step back .. or wait for a while.

I need to discuss an important current topic which is gonna get much more discussion.. in this post.

We are so lucky that we have got the best performers in different fields.. who represents their field being their leader.

I am so much aware what i m saying.. but all of you also will agree with me that these for celebrities have been so much famous & leading their own fields . Like a king/queen without crown of their field.

Amitabh Bachchan has been leading Booliwood since 40 years with being a Megastar. & His family now a days is being called a first family of booliwood.

Lata Mangeshkar . also has been the best singer of the Indian cinema. We have the Saraswati Mataji who is the goddess of music. But now a days Lataji is called Sakshat Saraswati on this earth.

Sachin Tendulkar.. has been the best batsman of this worl of cricket. with his own decency. Even the greatest batsman Don Bradmen also called him the "Batsman wtih his own style"

Mahendrasingh Dhoni has been the best captain of Indian cricket. He has been too cool to take his decisions. & has lead Indian cricket team to unexpected vicrotries.

In the politics , Mr. Narendra Modi has been very much leading personality .He has managed to work our for all his critics, fans & .. yeah media ofcourse. Today most of his critics has been his fans.

The most features of these celebrities has been their cool aggressiveness.. 

These persons has been criticized in their own time.. but after the criticism they proved themselves much more powerful than they were. The words.. " The critics are always to make u powerful" .. have been justified by these celebrities. 

AMITABH BACHCHAN:-

Amitabh Bachchan has nothing to prove in his carrier. But he was the one how had to take break for a long time in his carrier.  & that time some different business like ABCL & Miss world made him debtor.Every one of his field was aginst him. The behave of his close persons hurt him very much. But afterwards he came back..in his own style. & even at this age about 65 also.. no any star is there who can stand near to Amitabh. 

He kept such a cool .. that He was the one how himself went to Mr. Yash Chopra to ask for role after his long break. & Then he got back.from MOBBATEIN.. then KAUN BANEGA KARORPATI... created history. Not only that show got success but the whole channel.. "STAR PLUS" itself got its introduction with his brand name. His cool aggressiveness has been an example for everyone..

LATA MANGESHKAR:-

Lata Mangeshkar......... is called the the " SARASWATIDEVI " herself.. but she also got criticized in her carrier. but she proved herself too..

SACHIN TENDULKAR:- 

Sachin Tendulkar. .. is called the " GOD OF CRICKET ", with his carrier. He took a note from Sir Don Bradmen.. .. by saying.." I feel myself in his playing style.." Sachin is holding almost every record of cricket . He has proved himself too. Today also after 20 years. Indian can't think the team without Sachin Tendulkar. He always leads team by playing a notable knock. He has got height of Decency too. But such a great person also got critisized & was asked  about his retirement too. But now , no one can think of it too.

In the politics, we have got Narendra Modi. . Even his rivals also accept his powerful politics & his grip over the public. But since he has hold the power , the critics & even the media also tried him to stepback. He did it ..but with his own style. He never criticize back when critics used to. But he replies by his work. & now he has been the option of Development.

MAHENDRASINGH DHONI:- 

This person has been the best captain of Indian cricket. Everyone knows his cool mind. Everyone has watched him leading team since 3-4 yrs. He lead indian team to victory of world cup in T20. He has made India win so many series on test cricket & one day too. But what is going on now?? Even he is asked questions too.. This is the current topic of Indian cricket. .. Everyone wants him to leave as  captain. But he has just step back .now a days. He is just watching the situation. & as a his big fan i wish he will come out from this situation & will lead Indian cricket towards success.

So.. after such points about the leaders.. i m finishing this topic on my blog. I have discussed this topic as per my knowledge. It may be different way to discuss it too. But I want to say " We should give them chance whom we love.." & if we trust them these celebrities will come out .. & will entertain us such a way that we will proud of them oncemore...We know their decency & elegance. .. their style has been so good to look at... so lets all support them .. especially Mahendrasingh Dhoni...

YOU LOST FOREVER ONCE YOU LEAVE THE FIELD..

It has been long time to continue post under the tag "Natural Leader can be winner" or .." The winner must not win always". As I m a management student holding the degree B.B.A..  It has been by passionate work to write about management. But for that purpose , i mean for proper management one need to have a proper leader, Who holds the natural ability to lead. & in any case he leads the team in a proper direction.

So we had been discussing following points.

• You must learn from your defeats.

• You have lost forever, once u leave the field.

• The captain must know how to step back.

YOU HAVE LOST FOREVER ONCE YOU LEAVE THE FIELD:-

Preface:- ( Dedicated to the students.)As we are going to talk about the 2nd point of above given elements of leadership. It's very necessary to discuss about this point. Not according to leadership only, but because of the happenings sarroundings too. Its the problem of most resent times as the future of our nation, The students are commiting sucides. Its just because of the threat of going through the exames. & The parents, or their nearest people & even media used to blame the education system. But do you think Is it over to blam the education system? & if so, you should not try to change the education system as it is developed for thousands of students. But i must say that if the student want to pass on tough way, he must go through the exames once he feel the education system tough. Because today you know that it is the education system which is taking your exames. But in the future, you will have to pass through tougher situations. & for that no system has been located. & temme whom will you blam?

From the experience of my life , i can say that one has to passs through tough situations in life more than your educational exames. The system is located by the God (For the rationalists  i.e. The power, how controls the world)  himself . No optional questions are there in that situations. For all of them you must act or react. It can be for your family members too. But as they belongs to you , one must has to pass the tougher conditions in terms to provide them social security.

The things all above i want to say that , hey students please don's commit sucide or stop yourself by taking any unreallistic steps. You are precious for your parents , this society & for this nation too. Pass through the exames though which will advance your standard. & Get the degree with your excellence. I have to say this as I found this point totally relative to my post " You have lost forever, once you leave the field". Yes , once you will take any unfair step , you are leaving field in that case. You are taking drops, your commiting sucides or run away from your family anything. & once you leave the field, You wont have any chance to win forver. I want to write especially for the students who commits sucide from the threat of the situations. Dear, once you will loose your life , you have lost the battle. If you will be there , it can be chane for you to win. There are so many examples of students who commited sucide after giving one or two papers. & ofcourse they board will release the marksheet of that papers submitted for that perticular subject exames. (though it will be the marksheet of Failure as the rest of the papers have not been given) , The family found more than 65 % numbers in the subject which the sucider was threaten off. But its the matter after life has lost. No wonder if he might had got bright future in another field , if he was alive.

So please it's the matter of being there always. You can get any chance in life. You must wait for the time. There are so many examples too , who cant do anything after getting their desired degree or prefession. & There are so many examples who have done so many things, advanced to the top without degree. The God decides the way how will go thorugh. Its just the matter of time.  I would like to write a sentence which i heard from my trainer during my industrial visit of NDDB at ANAND.

"Under the every ailment of the sun, There is a remedy or there is none. If there is one, try to find it. & If there is none, never mind it.."

The all the students must keep this sentence in their mind. There is no problem is there in this world, which doesn't has solution. & If you don't find any solution, just keep mum, never mind it. Because sometimes it may be possible that the God himself want you to prove yourself in another & better way. So whichever condition it is, please keep cool. & wait for the time. If you want the mango, you can't get it in winter or in rain naturally. But to take the taste of mango , one must has to wait till summer. In gujarati also it's said that "Dhiraj na fal mitha". If you will keep cool & watchful , it will be fruitful to you.

So dear youngstars..

Next time we will go for this point, how it is fruitful to the leaders..?

YOU MUST LEARN FROM YOUR DEFEATS...

As said before there are few aspects which can lead you to the success. It may vary from these too.  But the aspects given below are must for anyone who want to get success. Followed by being "WELL EXPERIENCED" & "DOWN TO EARTH"... We had to discuss the following aspects..

  You must learn from your defeats.
  
• 
  
  You have lost forever, once u leave the field.
  
• 
  
  The captain must know how to step back.

YOU MUST LEARN FROM YOUR DEFEATS:-

Learning from defeats always need the POSITIVE ATTITUDE. In all aspects you need to keep the POSITIVE ATTITUDE rather.. But perticularly when you are loosing. If you are getting defeats per defeats, you must try in right directions to win. And for that you must work with keeping POSITIVE ATTITUDE. However there are so many saying about positive attidude.

Like..

" A glass filled half of water .must be called .. half filledup. rather half empty..."

But today i need to share an example of positive attitude of a student in MBA exames ...

"It was a time when all universities running MBA programs used to take open enterence  exames  for edmissions in MBA program. & for that every students had to deal with the written, group discussion & personal interview. One student who passed the written & group discussion through, went for personal interview. The interviewer gave him two choices.A hard question  or  5 simple questions. The interviewee choose to deal with the hard question. The table between the interviewer & interviewee was round shaped.

Interviewer.." What is the length of this table?"

Interviewee:" Sir, it's 10 feet long"

Interviewer:" How can u say that.."

Interviewee:" Thats not my business now, i m bond to reply just only 1  question."

I think now i need not to inform you that the interviewee got the admission with highest marks in the personal interview.

To get such a bold Positive Attitude.. You must act like two ways. "Act as if you are the king of this world.. or Act like .. as if you dont bother whoever is the king." ..  

When you are loosing, you will get so many critics. There is an english movie named "The history of world", in which a scene is very nice. In that movie the life of before years of human beings has been consived very good way. There is a scene there.

"A man is making some scraches by a stone on a rock. The sound at that time from the back ground is.. " Here is the first artist of the world".. after few minutes, when he completes that drawing. A man comes there & make a piss over that so called painting( actually its just scraches made by stones). The sound form the back ground " Here we present you the first critics of the world".

The spirit of the theme is whatever time is there. In past years when the world wasn't grown up , or the world was growing up. or the world is well progressed now. The critics always has been there. And without critics you can't enjoy progress too. As we are from worlds biggest democracy, We always have been known about the oppositions, who plays best critics. & To make very healthy atmosphere of  competition, you must need an opposition or critics.So your positive attitude will help you to face the criticism of the world. As you will get defeats you will learn urself that the defeat you got was lack of what? & after knowing your limitations, you will accept it & in next  step you will rectify your limitations. & that will help you to advance the race of life.

So POSITIVE ATTITUDE & FACING THE CRITICISM helps you to realise the dialouge of the movie "AAINA".. 

"In which Two sisters are there. Elder is Amrita Singh who is so confident about her attitude & Juhi Chawla plays the younger sis . she is full of inferiority complex. Amrita Singh always used to win against Juhi. But in the climex of the movie, in one game Juhi used to win. The dialouge between them at that time ..

Amrita singh:" Tu aaj pahli baar mujse jiti hai"

Juhi chawla:" Haarte haarte sikh gayee hu didi"

So all i have to say, if you want to creat self confidence to face your critics & win the game , you must have POSITIVE ATTITUDE.  In any case & stage of life , you must maintain it. If you don't have it then you must change your attitude & switch it to Positive. Because

"If you give numeric value to the alphabets .. 1 to A, 2.. to B...... 26 to Z.. & if you spell Money, Power or anything . & will get the total of that numeric values. you will get different values. But you make the addition of the numeric values of the spelling of ATTITUDE.. will get the sum of 100."

Above all , i would like to say that  change your  ATTITUDE if you want to get 100% success , LEARN FROM YOUR DEFEATS & WIN THE GAME.....

The winner is not the one who don't loose ever , but the one who doesn't give up..

      " The winner must not win always".. let me tell you something. Participating in a race or competition with only chance of winning is totally unfair for the winner. The real winner is the one who don't leave the field though he smells the chance of  defeats. & by getting defeats per defeats.. one will be capable & strong & that will make him real winner. But for that he must have to find out his faults & mistakes of defeats.  To leave the field without proving competition also is not your bravery. You must provide competition. You must be "WELL EXPERIENCED" & "DOWN TO EARTH" to get success. The totally winning process can be departed followingly.

• You must learn from your defeats.

• You have lost forever, once u leave the field.

• The captain must know how to step back.

     These are the main elements of your victory. The basic aspect of these elements is.. "Experience".. yes..

the elements give above will be possible only through your experience or one can say.. once you start to go through the above given conditions. You will be experienced step by step. & that will lead you to success. It is not necessary you pass through these respectively because everything in the life is uncertain. Infact it's uncertain too, that you pass through only these elements for success. One can also experience different ways to get to success . Because it might be possible for someone who gets success in first chance . But it has more chances to get failure after getting the first success. Because getting success at 1st chance suggests that person is inexperienced. & It will be hard for that person to keep  the success forever. because your nature, your ego also are the more effective to maintain your success. These feelings are more important because it comes deep from your heart. So one can say that to maintain success, you must be " DOWN TO EARTH"  once you get success. As you start to get success, it makes your path towards the top position. & as you reach to the top position.. its very hard for you to remain that position. Because the journey from down to top ....is very sloppy towards downward.  & it makes the figure of pyramid. so base of the pyramid is wide as commons. But as the person gets success.. he gets to be special. & as getting special . he advances towards top. . & once he gets to the top.Its hard to retain there. because the space at the top have always been nerrow. & Only one can stay out on the top. So after reaching there its up to the person how to remain there. Because as being on top .. you have to  look downward because no one is there of your standard . & Every one there down figures  so small (which is nothing but a meath) & once you get this meath to feel real.. Its starts your  countdown towards failure.. & At that time you must remember that the steps you used to reach to top will be the steps to take u down too. The person who are downward are the base on which you have built your carrier. & You were there once where they are now. You have to reach there only when you go down. Whether you leave position of top urself or someone else pushes you down. You will have to go down once. & that is the reality of the top position.

THE  LATE JYOTI BASU...  A real leader...

     The example of  Late Jyoti Basu will be so inspiring. He occupied top position for 24 years. Actually the pyramid of the success of his party was started to figure because of him. & Mr.Basu was on the top of the whole pyramid. But he remained there as he was "DOWN TO EARTH (DTE)" .. he worked for the common man & abeyed the party rules. He didn't oppose the party decision of not joining the government of United Front. The polit bureuo decided not to be the main party of United Front to rule with the support of other parties. & He obeyed that. Otherwise he had to be the Prime Minister on that day. & the leader of his catagery who was larger than his life might had pressured the party to join the government. But he didn't. & this is the result of his attitude as a leader that he wasn't pushed down. He left his position himself. & after stepping down he joined the common man & party workers. Because he was "DOWN TO EARTH" .So if you want to keep urself remembered  then you must keeping yourself in the field. & only then everyone will follow you. The time passed by you will give you experience & that will make you the natural leader..

        However to be DOWN TO EARTH with the collegues is right for a leader. but he must be rud for the opposition. Yes..... you  must be thinking that now i m talking totally reverse of the previous peragraph. But its true. To give the example. .. let me take u to the world of cricket.

STEVE WAUGH..  As a captain...

        All of us know Steve Waugh as a successful captain. He was always there whenever the team needed him. He used to bowl to at criticle times. & there are so many examples of his battings & bowlings in which he proved himself. He himself had a competition with his brother Mark Waugh to get a position in the team. But his quality to be there in the critical conditions gave him the secure position in the team. Mark got the secure positoin later than that. But this quality helped Steve to lead the team too. & All of us know that he was the captain of the Austrialian squad.  He was very friendnly with the teammates too. He was able to take calculated rick . but one more quality of Steve Waugh was making him different from other captains. He didn't used to even talk to opposition team members or the opposition captain rather. He used to behave so rud. So to be tough for opposition is not wrong. Because psychologically it changes your impression & makes you unpredictable to the opposition.  & that quality lead him to obtain the best captain of Australia position. & we all know that he lead his team to win 16 consequtive test wins & 2 world cup victory.

        So i would like to tell you oncemore that the leader should be  DOWN TO EARTH to the team mates but not with the oppositions.because it makes you unpredictable psychologically. & so that ur opposition fails to plan strategy according to your nature.

WINNER............ must not win always...

You will find so many persons around you who will talk about only winning the game or all the things they live. They will compare "everyone to eachother" or "himself to others". They always are habituate to take the life as a competition. They just want themselves on the top & for that they will do anything. They might me believing in "Everything is fair in love & war". In the efforts to prove that, they will go to any extent.. whether they have got talent or not but they will try to win every portion of life they participate. but if u look closely to the life of that kind of persons, they will be more hypocrates. They will participate only that events which they can win otherwise they will give up & leave. They wont look at the  situation in case of they know "They can't do it". It is called "To win by chance".. a hypoctetic attitude as said before. This kind of winners are  dangerous.  Do you think is it the defination of the real winner? Is it necessary to win everytime? The real containt of the life is Time. It is the time which controls everyone. if someone is there who keeps winning.. may keep loosing also, as the time change.

"The two friends Vijay & Ajay were travelling in a bus ..it was too cold there. Vijay had a brand new sweater. He was not aggrassive by nature. but his friend Ajay was so aggrassive. He always use to get the things any way  what he wanted. He didnt had compromising nature like his friend had. Even in their relationship also Ajay always used to get the things forcefully owned by Vijay. This time it was so cold & Vijay was feeling warm because of sweater. But as Ajay found that Vijay had a new sweater he forcefully make Vijay to put down the sweater & he put it on. Now Vijay was feeling cold & Ajay was feeling warmness". 

What do u think? Who is the winner here? Is it Ajay?.. Actually he is thinking that in whichever way i have got the sweater, it belongs to Vijay ultimatly. I will have to give it back when he will ask for it by his right. & What about Vijay? He is thinking that ." Let him use my sweater as he doesn's have. Afterall he is my friend. Though he is putting it on now.....but ultimatly its mine".

It's up to u friends to guess the winner...but let me tell you that it is the time only who can make the lives. but human thinks himself as if he is the maker of his life. So to make the time to favour you, be excellent. not in the terms of education but in  terms of your nature & relations too. As Aamirkhan says in 3 idiots " A lion of circus is called "Well trained" ......rather than "Well educated "..  All of us must be aware of this fact. Once you will be excellent in every manner the time will come behind you. & that time you will be genious.

Family gathering on Yaashree's birthday

Hello Friends,

Today it was the 4th birthday of my daughter Yaashree. She was so exited as this was 1st one according to her memory. We had the family gathering for cake cutting ceremony followed by dinner. Me & my family -father Chandrakantbhai, Mom Kumudben , Rachna (My wife), Kushal (Son) & Yaashree ( daughter- birthday girl) were looking to enjoy it in the evening. & We got my uncle's family with us to celebrate it. Devendrabhai(Uncle), Meenakaki(aunty), Bhavesh(cousin),Manisha(his wife), Khushi(daughter) & Aryan(Son). Fortunatly the inlaws of my cousin Bhavesh were also joined this celebration with made it more sweet & memorable. especially his bro in law Bhaveshbhai. He came from London but was pure gujarati. Though his gujarati style was a bit english. but i got a very person with transparancy with me on that day. I m sharing this post with u becouse of him. Because we dont get such transparant & noble persons all the time . He is so matured. Ofcourse because of he has been from joint family. U can know from his speech (ofcourse in gujarati) that he is born UK person but one cant speak such a fluent Gujarati being a resident of Gujarat. I was so impressed to meet him.
